Welcome to Butterflies, Foundation 2!

Miss Sutcliffe:

For those of you who do not know me yet, I love all things adventurous! I love going on exciting learning adventures during the school day learning about lots of amazing new things. I also love to go on outside adventurers in our Forest. 

My favourite thing to do when I am not in school is to go on adventures of my own. Africa is my favourite place and I lucky to have a family and lots of friends in West Africa, where I have set up three projects: an orphanage, a school and a library. I go visiting whenever I can!

Mrs Brown:

I love being creative and doing lots of artwork, painting, sticking and getting messy together.  I also absolutely love Christmas and would be happy to celebrate it all year round if I could!  I love being outdoors and exploring the world around me.

We have lots of exciting things planned for you to learn about whilst you are in Foundation.  We will be learning about who we are and where we live.  We get to look at lots of lovely traditional stories and find out how they end before learning about different jobs that people can do and some of the vehicles that they use to help them.  In the summer term, we learn where water comes from and also what you can find at the beach.  It's going to be great fun!
