The Role

The EYFS Phase Leader will lead Nursery (F1) and Reception(F2) provision, modelling exemplary early years practice and ensuring high-quality teaching, learning, assessment and transition into KS1.

- Strategic leadership of EYFS provision
- Modelling outstanding EYFS practice
- Leading curriculum and assessment
- Inclusive practice for all learners
- Safeguarding and pupil welfare
- Parent engagement and whole-school contribution

As EYFS lead you would be a valued member of the School Leadership Team (SLT).
