Hawks (Year 6) - Mrs Soley's Class
Hello and welcome to Hawks, my name is Mrs Soley! I am so excited to work with you all this year. Mrs Argent will be working within our class too - working with individuals, groups as well as supporting with interventions across the day too. Our first topic will be A World Of Bright Ideas where we will learn about inventions, forces, the meaning of copyright, as well as Michelin Stars in the food industry.
We have a number of exciting visits planned across the year as well as the Year 6 residential in June. There will also be a block of visits to Joseph Whitaker for a range of PE activities on a Wednesday afternoon. This is also a fantastic opportunity to start becoming familiar with the site and staff there if Joseph Whitaker is your secondary school choice.
Year 6 is a jam packed year but full of fun times to mark the end of your primary school life. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me and I will do my best to answer them.
