The nurture and wellbeing of all of the children and staff is at the heart of our school.  Recently, we have had an external audit of our wellbeing provision and are delighted that we have been awarded the Lightbulb mark of recognition for all of the work that we do.  To read the full report, please click on the link below.

We are fortunate to have two designated nurture spaces within the school, along with designated Nurture Leads, in order to support the social, emotional and mental health or our children. 

Bespoke interventions, either small groups or 1:1, are available, depending on the child’s needs or family circumstances.  Sessions are held in dedicated rooms which provide a safe and nurturing environment and allows specific resources to be accessed to support the needs of all children.  

Our Nurture Leads have specific training within wellbeing and mental health, and have access to support and guidance from external agencies.  They work in close liaison with the Assistant Head for Inclusion and SENCO (Sarah Soley).
