Please ensure that you make us aware of any medical conditions, or allergies that your child may have.  

Safety regulations state that in order to administer medicines, a form must be completed by parents (click on the form below). 

The school is only able to administer prescribed medicines which must be taken four times a day.

Children must not be sent to school with medicines in their bags. Children suffering from asthma are provided with safe storage for inhalers,  however a form must be filled in by parents stating the type of inhaler and dosage required.  The procedures for the management of medicines is regularly reviewed.
