• Christingle School Service

  This afternoon, all of the children enjoyed gathering together in their bubbles to celebrate Christingle.  All of the children held their Christingle orange which glowed whilst we listened to Hope of Heaven and Love Shone Down.  Reverend Kate and Reverend Claire then spoke about the Christingle and what each element represented before we finished with special prayers.

  

• Remembrance Day

  This week we are remembering all of the brave armed forces and service people that have served our country.  All of the children have made a poppy garland which is hanging in the windows of their classroom, as well as a remembrance stone which will be put in the school grounds.  The entrance hall curriculum tree has also been adorned with poppies and the children will take part in a Remembrance service on Wednesday to mark the occasion.
